CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

DivyNumerology is committed to providing high-quality numerology services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling or refunding our services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@divynumerology.com or (Phone Number- 9012578333)

1.2. Cancellations are processed within 12-24 hours.

 

REFUND POLICY

2.1. No refunds will be provided if the customer cancels after booking a slot.

2.2. To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be made at least 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

2.3. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

 

MOBILE NUMBER SEARCH SERVICES

3.1. Payment for mobile number search services must be made in advance.

3.2. No refunds will be provided if the customer cancels after booking and paying for mobile number search services.

3.3. Please note that we only charge for searching and providing mobile numbers according to your numeroscope. You will need to purchase the selected mobile number from a telecom company or authorized retailer and pay applicable SIM charges.

 

REFUND STRUCTURE

4.1. Full refund: If service is cancelled before booking a slot.

4.2. No refund: If service is cancelled after booking a slot.

 

EXCEPTIONS

5.1. Customized services are non-refundable.

5.2. Services cancelled due to User's non-compliance with Terms of Service are non-refundable.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.

6.2. Governing law: Indian law.
